Construction

These BOD chambers are prefabricated double wall construction with Puff insulation. Full length glass door for easy visual monitoring of Samples. Removable perforated trays of customized size made of stainless steel, castor wheel for ease of mobility.
Suitable capacity blower circulates uniform air velocity throughout the chamber which maintains uniformity of temperature.
Exterior executed in MS powder coated or stainless steel.
Interior executed in stainless steel SS 304 I SS 316 optional.

Heating & Cooling Systems

Custom built stainless steel tubular heaters are used as heating element in these incubator. The stainless steel fins ensure excellent heat transfer. It is hermetically sealed compressor, with evaporation coil and condenser protected with time delay with NON-CFC R 134a refrigerant.

Controller

Microprocessor based programmable PID controller with fuzzy logic offers fine and accurate control of set parameters.
The control panel is consisting of dual LED display indicating performance value Vs set value of
temperature in Deg Celsius.
Second Safety Features has been introduced for additional safety measures using individual micro-controller.
If the temperature crosses set Hi & low limits, safety control action will be taken over by this controller
the parameter set within the limit value, main control action will resume automatically.
The system offers Auto alert (alarm) for any variation in temperature if temperature crosses beyond the ICH limits

Safety Thermostat

In case of failure second safety control systems, the system will PUT-OFF all other control system overriding main & supervisory controls. To preserve the samples at ambient condition.
All indications & alarms will be functional for operator's ease and intervention. The systems will restart only after manual acknowledgment.

Calibration & Validation

Validation of chambers (Temperature mapping) will be done at different zones in the chamber using pre - calibrated multi channel scanner (4 or 8 channels) mapping of the chamber ensures the temperature
inside the chamber is uniform as per the ICH norms to determine the temperature distribution.
Validation port is provided for the Chamber for External Validation
